Pursuant to art. 13 of the Regulation (EU) 679/2016 (General Data Protection Regulation), the candidate is informed that his personal data included in the form published on the page or communicated via the possible resume being uploaded (the “Data”) will be processed from the company to which you submit your application and that, from time to time, may be processed by:

 

• Intercos S.p.A, via Marconi 84, – 20864 – Agrate Brianza (MB); or
• Intercos Europe s.p.a, via Marconi 84, – 20864 – Agrate Brianza (MB).

 

The company, among them, to whom you intend to propose your application (the “Company”) will process the Data for the following purposes: a) recruitment and selection of personnel; b) planning of activities; c) internal control services, through the electronic processing of professional profiles; and d) inherent consultation and comparison (jointly, the: “Purposes”).

The processing operations (the “processing”) comply with standard legal criteria for the achievement of the aforementioned Purposes. The Data will not be disclosed to third parties, except other companies of the Group, if they manifest the needs of profiles such as yours. The supply of the data requested is free, however the non-supply of those marked with an asterisk (*) will not allow the Company to carry out the checks required by the current internal procedures and, consequently, it will be impossible to perform in particular, activities related to personnel selection.

Regarding the processing of the aforementioned data, pursuant to Article 15 et seq. of the EU Regulation 2016/679, we remind you the right to obtain the access of Personal Data concerning you; the right to obtain the rectification (correction of inaccurate data or integration), the right to erasure the Personal Data processed unlawfully or in case one of the reasons specified in Article 17 of the EU Regulation exists. Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in case you consider that the rights indicated above have not been recognized.
